Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our body care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
