Yes. Every Jae Mills & Co. product is handcrafted in small batches with intention, care, and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and freshness.



What ingredients do you use?


We use thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients including unrefined shea butter, nourishing plant oils, and skin-supportive extracts. Our formulas are free from parabens, phthalates, and unnecessary fillers.

Do you offer fragrance-free options?


Yes. Our Bare offerings are completely fragrance-free and designed for sensitive skin, scent-free households, or those who prefer a minimalist approach to body care.



Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?


Our formulas are designed to be gentle and nourishing. However, we recommend performing a patch test prior to full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.



Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?


All products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Vegan-friendly products are clearly identified on the website.



How long do your products last?


Our body butters and oils have an estimated shelf life of 9–12 months when stored properly. For best results, keep products away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture.



Why does my whipped butter look melted or firm upon arrival?


Our products are made with natural butters and oils that may respond to temperature changes during transit. Texture changes do not affect quality or performance. If melted, allow the product to cool and re-whip if desired.



When will my order ship?


Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.

All orders are shipped from Virginia, USA.



Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Due to the nature of handcrafted body care products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.



Can I change or cancel my order?


Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.



Are your products safe for pregnancy?


While our products are made with gentle ingredients, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use during pregnancy.
